Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create and schedule content (posts, reels, short videos)
- Respond to online inquiries and messages
- Assist with promotions, campaigns, and community outreach
- Track basic performance metrics and engagement
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
- Experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing ethics is a plus
